Senior Machine OperatorStart your new career as a Senior Machine Operator with MAU at Milliken in Pendleton, SC. As a Senior Machine Operator, you will safely and efficiently operate production equipment, monitor manufacturing processes, perform basic equipment maintenance, and help ensure high-quality products are produced according to established procedures.What We Offer:Pay of $19.30 per hourRotating 1st and 3rd shifts8:00 AM–8:00 PM and 8:00 PM–8:00 AM rotating shiftsTemp-to-hire opportunityEligible for permanent hire after 520 hours, per client requestWhat We're Looking For:Knowledge of PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interact effectively with management, staff, vendors, and customersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to use motorized material handling equipment, including forklifts and tuggersAbility to understand and follow work instructionsSelf-driven and able to work effectively with minimal supervisionWhat You'll Do as a Senior Machine Operator:Operate assigned equipment according to established proceduresFollow written and verbal instructions from department leadersMaintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe working environmentMonitor production to ensure first-quality products are consistently producedPerform basic equipment maintenance, including lubricating, cleaning, and tightening componentsPerform scheduled cleaning of equipment and production areasMonitor and analyze process parameters to ensure machines are operating according to specificationsTransport fabric and other materials between production areas using material handling equipmentFollow established policies, procedures, and safety requirementsPerform other duties as assigned by management
