Job description
Gordon Brothers in the United States seeks an Analyst/Sr Analyst in Machinery & Equipment Appraisals to service NY and MI clients. You will collect data, perform on-site inspections, and draft USPAP-compliant reports supporting lending decisions.
Responsibilities include reviewing models, traveling for site visits, conducting industry research, and maintaining the appraisal database. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ related experience are preferred.
