Job description
Fidelity Investments seeks a Principal Mainframe Software Engineer to join the Stock Plan Services Technology team within the Workplace Investing organization. You will lead development on a mainframe stack running under a Z/OS environment and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality equity compensation solutions.
The role requires deep COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, MQ-Series, and SQL expertise, plus a proven ability to guide a distributed team.
