Job description
Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Manager, Maintenance Execution to lead maintenance strategy and day-to-day execution for critical generation and energy assets. In this role, you will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring high equipment reliability, regulatory and safety compliance, and minimal downtime. You will manage and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team, optimize use of CMMS tools, drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement, and partner with operations, engineering, and safety to support sustainable, efficient energy delivery in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
