Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Manager, Maintenance Execution to lead maintenance strategy and delivery across energy facilities. In this role, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage a team of technicians and contractors, and ensure asset reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will optimize CMMS-based planning, drive reliability and cost-efficiency, and support sustainability initiatives. Collaborating across operations and engineering, you will lead continuous improvement projects and mentor staff in a dynamic, innovation-focused culture.
