Job description
Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Manager Maintenance Execution to lead maintenance strategy and execution across our energy facilities. In this role, you will oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize asset reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will manage a skilled maintenance team, optimize use of CMMS tools, control budgets, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll support major outages, capital projects, and innovation initiatives in a culture focused on sustainability and performance.
