Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) in Coxsackie, NY is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's mechanical and safety programs. You will design and manage preventive maintenance, supervise daily upkeep, and partner with Operations to meet production schedules.
The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing maintenance with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills, plus 5+ years in Safety and Risk programs.
