Job description
Smart Sand is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Oakdale, WI facility with main site duties in Tomah, WI. The position oversees maintenance activities on production and facility equipment, ensuring safety, predictive and productive maintenance aligned with site goals.
Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with plant management to meet production objectives. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in maintenance, MSHA training, and a strong focus on safety and equipment reliability.
