Job description
Aramark is seeking a SR Maintenance Manager for GM Wentzville to lead a unionized maintenance team in a 24/7 automotive manufacturing setting. You will oversee electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems, drive uptime via CMMS and KPIs, and partner with plant leadership to meet production goals while controlling costs.
The role requires 5+ years in maintenance, 3+ years in a leadership role with union employees, and a strong safety and compliance mindset.
