Job description
Maker’s Pride, LLC in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead a 21-person team responsible for maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, compliant operations and optimal product quality. The role reports to the Plant Manager and drives maintenance strategy across the plant.
You will oversee PM/CMMS/SAP programs, develop KPIs, and coordinate with corporate and manufacturing teams to meet production goals and regulatory requirements.
