Job description
Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment, ensuring maximum production quality.
You will supervise mechanics, enforce HACCP and GMPs, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing downtime data with the Production Manager. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in beverage manufacturing, strong PLC and schematics skills, and a proven track record in Lean methods.
