Job description
CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, develop preventive maintenance programs, and manage schedules, budgets, and contractors to minimize downtime.
The role requires 7–10 years in maintenance within manufacturing, with 3–5 years in a leadership capacity, and knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, and DOT regulations.
