Job description
CCH - (Christian Church Homes) is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to oversee day-to-day maintenance at our properties in Sunnyvale, CA. You will ensure safe, sanitary, and well-maintained housing for residents and work alongside the facilities team to address unplanned events.
Qualifications include a minimum of two years as a Maintenance Tech or similar, experience in apartment maintenance or construction, and proficiency with Yardi or similar software.
