Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives on solving complex equipment issues and keeping operations running at peak performance? We're seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
In this hands-on position, you'll troubleshoot advanced mechanical and electrical systems, lead maintenance projects, and drive preventative maintenance initiatives that reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on production equipment, conveyors, forklifts, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Lead maintenance projects, major repairs, and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform preventative maintenance and support the enhancement of maintenance programs.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company safety standards.
Support facility maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, framing, and general building upkeep.
Qualifications:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience repairing and diagnosing industrial equipment
Welding and fabrication experience
PLC troubleshooting knowledge
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility maintenance systems
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Work at heights up to 30 feet with fall protection
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching
Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments
