American Woodmark Corp. is seeking a senior Maintenance Technician III to lead complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and high-level repairs on plant equipment. The role mentors Tech I and Tech II staff, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with Maintenance Manager and cross-functional teams.
