Job description
Senior Maintenance Technician
Do you have 4 or more years of production maintenance experience and a knack for keeping equipment running? A locally owned food manufacturer, operates an extremely well maintained dry food facility and is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to be the go-to troubleshooter supporting production.
This is a clean, well-maintained dry food manufacturing facility with a strong safety culture, consistent weekday hours, and the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team.

Duties
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and automated machinery
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using hand tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment
Document repairs, adjustments, and mechanical maintenance reports
Partner with Production and Engineering on preventive maintenance schedules and equipment upgrades
Train and support other maintenance technicians
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The first two weeks of training run 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Pay
$32 to $36 per hour, depending on experience
Requirements
4+ years of production maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting of automated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, including pneumatic actuators and cylinders
Ability to interpret manuals and schematics, with strong knowledge of mechanical alignment
Skilled with hand tools and multimeters to diagnose equipment problems
Experience writing maintenance procedures and reports, with basic MS Office knowledge
