Job description
Florida Atlantic University seeks an experienced fundraising leader for the College of Education to grow donor support and advance strategic priorities. The Associate Director works with the Dean, Deans, and faculty to cultivate major gifts and sustain donor engagement in a donor-centered advancement team.
The role requires developing comprehensive fundraising plans, building a strong donor pipeline, and coordinating with Institutional Advancement on communications, proposals, and stewardship.
