Job description
Boyѕ & Girls Clubs of Monterey County is seeking a Director of Major Gifts to lead a 90–100 donor portfolio, drive six- and seven-figure gifts, and support campaigns across Monterey County.
The role reports to the Senior Director of Development and collaborates with finance, operations, marketing, and programs to secure and steward philanthropy. A Bachelor’s degree and seven years of fundraising experience are required.
