Job description
Youth Eastside Services (YES) is seeking an Associate Director of Individual Giving to lead and grow our major gifts program. You will manage a portfolio of 75–125 donors, secure six-figure gifts, and develop a strategic plan aligned with YES’s mission to support youth mental health and recovery services across East King County.
