Job description
College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University seeks a Senior Development Officer to advance major gifts and donor engagement. This full-time, benefit-eligible role manages a ~150 prospects portfolio, leads regional outreach, and coordinates volunteers to expand philanthropy across Saint John’s.
The SDO will implement discovery visits, cultivate major gifts, and recognize donors while contributing to a comprehensive stewardship program in a values-driven Catholic education setting.
