Job description
The Senior Management Analyst II serves the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Division of State Lands, overseeing the State-Owned Lands Inventory (SOLI) program and managing critical systems like FL-SOLARIS that track over 71,000 state-owned land parcels. The role leads application management services, supervises employees, coordinates across bureaus, and manages GIS mapping and inventory data systems to support the Board of Trustees and state agencies. This position in Tallahassee requires expertise in system administration, land inventory management, and technical coordination across multiple enterprise systems.
Key qualifications:
Knowledge of Qlik application development and software development of DSL applications
Skill in personal computer use, GIS systems, and land survey methodologies
Experience supervising employees and managing organizational procedures
Familiarity with Florida's state-owned lands inventory systems and Board of Trustees operations
Ability to analyze spatial and tabular data and generate complex reports
