Job description
SharkNinja in Needham, MA seeks a Senior Manager, Product Quality & Customer Excellence to own the 5-star standard across assigned NPD programs, lead a small quality team, and partner with Engineering, Product Development, and Marketing to ensure superior consumer experiences.
