Research and draft technical accounting memos (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 350/360) to document and support the company's accounting positions.

Serve as a point of contact for external auditors, managing PBC lists, timelines, and issue resolution to ensure an efficient annual audit.

Act as a change agent identifying and implementing new accounting standards, internal controls, and process/system improvements.

Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, goal-setting, and career development planning to build a high-performing accounting team.

CPA Required.

6+ years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 or regional firm experience is a plus!).

3+ years of supervisory/people management experience.

Revenue recognition experience under ASC 606, ideally in a SaaS or software revenue model.
