nWe're looking for a Senior Manager, Ads Design to set the design direction for Snap's advertising products. You will work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, product researchers, and data scientists to build products and experiences that help big brands, small businesses, and creators find success on Snapchat.
nWhat You'll Do
nnnLead a high-performing design team by hiring and retaining exceptional talent.
n
nnCoach team members toward meaningful career growth, and foster a kind, smart, and creative culture
n
nnSet the design direction for monetization experiences in Snapchat, as well as tools for businesses, agencies, and creators
n
nnRepresent Design with senior leadership, aligning across Product and Engineering, and shaping roadmap and business strategy
n
nnWork with Product Research to identify the needs of advertisers, creators, agencies, and Snapchatters to improve existing products and features
n
nnOwn and improve aspects of our enterprise design system
n
n nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
nnnDemonstrated experience as a people manager, with a strong track record of coaching team members, fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture
n
nnAn expert communicator who can effectively communicate a design and vision
n
nnAbility to think at a high level about product strategy
n
nnStrong visual design skills and passion for interaction design
n
nnSelf-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment
n
n nMinimum Qualifications
nnn10+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications
n
nnBS/BA degree or equivalent years of work experience
n
nn3+ years of management experience
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnnDemonstrated experience designing advertising tools for businesses
n
nnA strong portfolio showcasing your work
n
nnExperience using AI tools for design and prototyping
n
nnDeep understanding of Snapchat products
n

nCompensation
nIn the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
nZone A (CA, WA, NYC) ( :
nThe base salary range for this position is $251,000-$377,000 annually.
nZone B ( :
nThe base salary range for this position is $238,000-$358,000 annually.
nZone C ( :
nThe base salary range for this position is $213,000-$320,000 annually.
nThis position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
