Job description
Sierra At Tahoe Resort is seeking an Adult’s Ski & Ride School Manager to lead the Ski & Ride School operations, focusing on service excellence, staff performance, and budget adherence. You will partner with the Director and admin team to ensure payroll, incident reporting, staffing, training, and safety standards are met.
The role requires 5+ years as an instructor, PSIA-AASI Level 2/3 where possible, and proven management experience within a ski school.
