Job description
Duluth Trading Company seeks a Sr. Manager, Sourcing and Product Development to lead end-to-end development of durable, functional apparel. You will own sourcing strategy, vendor selection, and cost negotiation while partnering with design, merchandising, and planning to deliver innovative, hard‑working products on time and to margin. This role drives fabric and trim choices, sampling, fit, and quality standards that reflect Duluth’s practical, customer‑first ethos.
