Job description
EMPIRE is seeking a hands-on Manager/Senior Manager for Artist Budget & Expense Management in San Francisco. You will lead budget control, expense audits, and travel operations, reporting to the VP of Finance and safeguarding governance across artist budgets and label costs.
You will manage a small team, review invoices, audit BREX activity, and enforce internal controls. This role blends strategic policy development with hands-on spend oversight in a growing music company.
