Job description
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits to lead the U.S. employee benefits programs and a team of specialists. You will ensure timely enrollment, compliance, and accurate processing while partnering with HR and COE leaders.
Based onsite in Sleepy Hollow or Rensselaer, NY, four days a week, you will shape benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications to support a large, science-driven workforce.
