Summary
Lead brand strategy and integrated marketing initiatives to drive awareness, demand, and long-term brand equity for a contemporary eyewear company. Serve as a central partner to Creative, PR, Retail, Digital, and Product teams to translate business objectives into omnichannel campaigns and scalable marketing operations. This role is based in the NYC headquarters and reports to the VP of Brand Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaign strategies across retail, eCommerce, social, CRM, PR, and wholesale channels.
Define brand positioning, identify partnership and activation opportunities, and grow cultural relevance.
Own product launch go-to-market plans and ensure cross-channel alignment and storytelling with Creative and other partners.
Build and maintain the marketing calendar, scalable workflows, and operating rhythms to improve execution and accountability.
Manage, mentor, and develop members of the Brand Marketing team to elevate strategic and executional quality.
Requirements
7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands.
Proven success developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and business growth.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills working with Creative, Digital, PR, Product, and Retail teams.
Experience building scalable processes, marketing systems, and operating rhythms.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling, partnerships, and cultural activation.
