Job description
Amazon Relay is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of VOC researchers and Marketing Operations Managers. You will define the research agenda to understand carrier needs while building an operational backbone for scalable marketing delivery.
Report to Relay Marketing leadership and regularly present insights to senior executives. You will oversee the marketing operations function, drive SLAs, tooling, and measurement, and partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Design to embed insights
