A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager Manufacturing responsible for driving value and cost savings in commercial products. This role requires over 8 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in cell therapy. The ideal candidate will lead optimization initiatives and manage cross-functional projects, driving operational excellence and compliance. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA/MS preferred. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential.
