Senior Manager, Change Management professional needed at Wal-Mart in Bentonville, AR.
Bachelor's or equiv in in Bus. Admin., Communications, Eng'g, IT, or rel. fld + 4 yrs of exp in communications, HR, or rel, exp. Walmart will accept any amount of exp w/ req'd skills.
Telecommuting / work from home permitted.
Rate of pay: Annual salary range for this FT position is $108,202.00 - 180,000.00/yr.
Add'l compensation incls annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Add'l compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on loc.) & Stock equity incentives.
