Job description
The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Packtypes (Chocolate) to lead Price-Pack Architecture and portfolio strategy across the U.S. Chocolate portfolio.
You will identify whitespace, build compelling business cases, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Insights, Finance, and Operations to translate consumer insights into profitable growth. You will coach and develop a cross-functional team, drive stage-gate initiatives for growth platforms, and ensure alignment with business objectives
