Job description
Danfoss is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at our Utica, NY liquid-cooling facility to lead lean deployment and continuous improvement initiatives. You will build a culture of operational excellence by driving productivity improvements, eliminating waste, standardizing processes, and solving problems with data-driven methods.
You will also develop employees' CI capabilities and deliver measurable business results.
