Our engineering software client is seeking a Senior Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to lead digital experimentation and conversion initiatives across its global web and e-commerce platforms. This leader will oversee a team responsible for testing, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies designed to improve user engagement and accelerate revenue growth. The role blends people leadership, analytics, and optimization expertise while influencing digital strategy across multiple marketing functions. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years leading CRO programs and managing teams
Proven expertise with Optimizely experimentation platforms
Experience driving growth within B2B e-commerce and lead generation environments
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, user behavior analytics, and reporting dashboards
Experience integrating CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to testing and optimization Adobe Commerce experience
Multi-touch lifecycle marketing expertise
Personalization strategy experience
Power BI or Looker Studio reporting experience
