Senior Manager, Creator Commerce & Affiliate
Los Angeles, CA
We're building the future of beauty—and creator commerce is an important part of how consumers discover, experience and shop our brand.
We're looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial marketer to build and scale our creator commerce ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Influencer Marketing, Ecommerce and Growth, leading the programs, partnerships and platforms that turn creator advocacy into measurable business impact.
You'll own our affiliate and creator commerce strategy across platforms like TikTok Shop, ShopMy, LTK and emerging commerce channels while partnering closely with Brand, Growth and Ecommerce to shape how creator-led commerce evolves at Kosas
What You'll Do
Lead creator commerce strategy across TikTok Shop, live shopping, affiliate platforms and emerging social commerce channels.
Build and grow affiliate programs across ShopMy, LTK and publisher partners.
Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing portfolio of commerce creators.
Develop creator content strategies, briefs and execute plans that support affiliate marketing, paid social, TikTok Shop and retail media.
Partner closely with Influencer Marketing to ensure commerce creators are integrated into the broader creator ecosystem and launch strategy.
Collaborate with Growth and Ecommerce to optimize creator performance, conversion and customer acquisition.
Build performance frameworks, analyze results and continuously improve creator efficiency, revenue contribution and return on investment.
Stay ahead of emerging creator commerce trends and identify new opportunities for Kosas.

Help shape how Kosas approaches the next generation of social commerce.
What We're Looking For
You love building businesses through creators and understand that commerce, content and community work best together.
5–8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator commerce or digital growth.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop, ShopMy, LTK or similar affiliate and social commerce programs.
A strong understanding of creator partnerships, affiliate strategy and performance marketing.
Comfort using data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous optimization.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and experience working with creators, talent managers and cross-functional teams.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for testing, learning and building new capabilities.
