Job description
The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager for Design to Value to lead strategic product renovations and value initiatives that drive revenue growth and margin productivity. You will partner with Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams to translate priorities into executable roadmaps.
Responsibilities include leading Design to Value sprints, conducting consumer and commercial analyses, and guiding cross-functional workshops with executives to drive decisive actions.
