Job description

Appdome is a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in innovative security, defense, anti-fraud and anti-bot solutions for mobile applications. We provide enterprise customers patented cutting-edge AI-driven technology with a no-code solution and platform for building, releasing, monitoring, and managing Appdome-protected mobile applications. We are seeking a Deal Desk Sr. Manager/Director to partner closely with our Sales, Finance, and Legal teams and take our deal desk to the next level of effectiveness and efficiency. You will manage and handle our deal processes supporting growth and modeling continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area.

About the Role

As a Deal Desk Senior Manager/Director you will play a critical role at the intersection of Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Finance leading traditional deal desk responsibilities -- quote production, delivery, and management -- while also supporting cross-functional processes critical to deal closure and completion, scaling deal desk capabilities, and improving efficiency. This is a high visibility role with direct impact on revenue growth and an opportunity to shape and scale a mission-critical function

We are looking for an experienced leader and problem solver, well-versed in fast-paced SAAS sales who is not afraid to role up their sleeves to get things done. You will help take our deal desk function to the next level with the adoption and implemention of efficient, compliant, and scalable methods and tools.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building structure out of ambiguity, is detail-oriented, and brings exceptional organizational skills and a strong bias toward operational excellence, cross-functional partnership, and data-driven decision making. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will manage and scale a small team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all deal desk processes, overseeing the intake, preparation, and issuance of sales quotes and expansions, while also preparing/refining quotes and supporting the quoting process end-to-end.

Work with Legal and Finance to maintain and improve quote workflows, ensuring alignment with legal and commercial requirements.

Implement configurations and process changes related to pricing, discounting, contract terms, and approvals.

Drive efficient and effective quoting encouraging use of tools, processes, and best practices.

Serve as a subject matter expert on CPQ quote automation software and CRM systems to support sales and commercial legal processes.

Partner with Legal to ensure standardization of contract terms relevant to the quoting and sales process.

Maintain and manage deal desk data tracking and reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and other materials.

Provide regular trainings to sales and CS teams regarding quoting processes, requirements, and best practices.
