Job description
John Muir Health is seeking a Manager of Employee & Labor Relations to lead the organization's employee and labor relations programs. You will oversee investigations, policy interpretation, and labor strategy in partnership with HR, Legal, and executive leaders.
The role requires 5–10 years HR experience with a focus on employee relations and performance management, plus healthcare exposure preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required and SPHR/PHR certifications are valued.
