Job description

Nova Southern University seeks an experienced Employee Relations leader to direct day-to-day operations, govern investigations, and drive data-informed prevention. You will own policy updates, playbooks, and collaboration with Legal/Compliance to ensure compliant, audit-ready processes.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, ensuring due process, handling high-stakes cases, and presenting quarterly insights to HR leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and 7–9 years of ER experience are preferred.
