Job description
Lincoln International in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager, Equity Compensation to oversee global equity plan accounting and reporting. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Tax, Legal, and auditors to ensure accurate ASC 718 accounting, close processes, and strong controls.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in accounting with equity experience, CPA/CEP preferred, and a track record leading teams. The role allows in‑office four days a week in a Chicago setting with a comprehensive benefits package.
