Job description
Are you an Oracle Fusion Finance expert who thrives at the intersection of technology, finance, and leadership? We’re partnering with a well-established industry leader seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Technology Finance to lead the strategy, optimization, and ongoing evolution of their Oracle Fusion Finance environment.
In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll partner closely with Finance and IT leadership to drive ERP initiatives, improve business processes, and lead a team responsible for supporting critical financial systems.
What You'll Do
Lead Oracle Fusion Finance initiatives across modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Drive ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization
Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance requirements, and audit standards
Manage ERP projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications
Mentor, develop, and lead a team of ERP analysts and technical professionals
What We're Looking For
8+ years of ERP, Financial Systems, or IT Finance experience
3+ years of Oracle Fusion Finance experience
Prior leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformations
Deep knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, reporting tools, and cloud-based ERP environments
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
Preferred:
Oracle Cloud Financials certifications
