Job description
PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in Deals - Financial Due Diligence to provide strategic advice and business diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will lead financial analyses, build models, coach teams, and help clients navigate complex transactions to maximize value.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, with CPA/CFA/CA or MBA preferred. Up to 60% travel may be involved. A discretionary bonus is included in addition to benefits.
