Job description
Schwab Asset Management seeks a Senior Manager to oversee regulatory filings for proprietary mutual funds and ETFs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. You will coordinate with third-party administrators, Portfolio Management, and Legal, driving accuracy and compliance.
In this role, you’ll partner with SAM Fund Administration and other departments, manage reporting cycles, and communicate changes to management while staying current with regulatory updates.
