Senior Manager, FP&A

Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level financial analysis across a global organization. This role partners closely with Accounting, Operations, and senior leadership to drive financial insights, reporting excellence, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead consolidated financial reporting and variance analysis for a multi-entity global business.

Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Develop executive reporting and financial presentations for senior leadership.

Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve data quality, automation, and reporting processes.

Analyze key business drivers, profitability, operating expenses, and foreign currency impacts.

Support finance transformation initiatives and adoption of advanced analytics tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

8+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience.

Experience supporting global, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizations.

Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting skills.

Experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar).

Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication and business partnering skills.

Preferred

Experience within technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, or other complex global organizations.

Exposure to supply chain, operations, or recurring revenue business models.

Experience driving process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.
