Key Activities:

Coordinate GEO priorities and planned activity across RDBU and Global brands based on enterprise direction, brand needs, and available capacity.

Work directly in assigned GEO platforms and agency-supported workflows to review findings, identify business implications, and initiate follow-up actions.

Lead recurring cross-functional GEO reviews, align decisions and owners, document actions, and follow through on delivery and escalations.

Partner with brand and functional teams to incorporate GEO recommendations into global-to-local marketing plans, content, digital experiences, launch readiness, and market adaptation.

Partner with Decision Sciences to interpret GEO reporting, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for optimization across brands and markets.

Manage routine platform and agency activity, including inputs, deliverables, timelines, quality, knowledge transfer, and escalation of scope or resource needs.
