Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Support for the PULSE Network in Houston, TX. You will lead a global, 24x7x365 team delivering operational excellence, incident response, and production monitoring in a high-touch command center.
You will drive SLA adherence, RCA, change governance, and playbooks while coordinating with IT and offshore contractors to ensure audit compliance and business impact analysis.
