This role drives talent initiatives, strengthens organizational effectiveness and fosters a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports operational excellence and team member engagement. This role will sit with our Corporate Office in McLean, VA. What You’ll Do* Advise CSO leaders on talent, workforce, performance, and employee relations matters.* Turn business priorities into practical HR solutions.* Lead talent, succession, workforce planning, and performance initiatives.* Support organizational design, restructuring, and role changes.* Partner with HR teams to implement company-wide programs.* Use workforce data to identify trends and recommend action.* Coach leaders through people decisions and organizational change. ## What We’re Looking For* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification strongly preferred.* Six or more years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or comparable consultative experience.* Proven ability to advise leaders and align HR solutions with business needs.* Experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.* Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and complex employee relations.* Strong analytical, communication, consultation, and conflict-resolution skills.* Sound independent judgment and HRIS experience; Workday and corporate or geographically dispersed experience preferred.
