EY in the United States seeks a Senior or Manager to join the IPO and SPAC Advisory practice, advising clients on transforming capital markets transactions and developing equity stories for public offerings.
You will lead collaboration with C-suite executives, guide investor messaging, and coordinate transaction models, pricing strategies, and financing structures across diverse engagements.
