Pay Range:

Incentive Eligibility:
Eligible to participate in Sodexo’s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring
Proven leadership in IT operations, with the ability to manage enterprise systems and lead teams in a fast-paced environment

Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders and document operational processes
Experience with Ivanti, AutoSys, and ticketing systems, with a strong understanding of monitoring, scheduling, and incident management tools
Requirements
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience: 5 years
